Orders and confirmation

Submitting the form creates an order request. Final stock, rider availability, delivery time, and payment status are confirmed by Border Point Gas before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates such as 10-30 minutes are based on normal operating conditions in listed areas. Weather, traffic, stock, rider availability, incorrect directions, or safety issues may affect timing.

Pricing and stock

Prices and stock shown online are maintained from the admin system, but final availability is confirmed before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we may suggest a suitable alternative.

Payments

Payment can be made using the options shown during ordering and confirmed by staff. M-Pesa receipts may be reconciled manually before an order is marked paid.

Safety

Customers should use genuine cylinders, regulators and hoses, keep gas away from flames during connection, and report leaks immediately. Delivery staff may refuse an unsafe connection or advise replacement accessories.

Returns and issues

If there is a problem with a delivery, cylinder, refill, accessory or payment record, contact Border Point Gas as soon as possible so the issue can be checked against the order record.
